How do I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Withdrawals

You can cancel a withdrawal while it is still in Pending status and has not been approved by admin.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your CRM dashboard.
  2. Go to Transaction History.
  3. Find the pending withdrawal and click Cancel.

If the Cancel option is not available:

  • The withdrawal has already been approved or is in processing. Contact support immediately to request a stop.
  • Once funds have been sent, the transaction cannot be reversed.
