How do I set a price alert?

Price alerts notify you with a sound when an instrument reaches your specified price level, even while you are on a different tab or screen.

How to create a price alert:

1. Open the Web Terminal.
2. Click the Alerts tab in the bottom panel.
3. Click the alert icon or the + button to create a new alert.

In the Create Price Alert popup:

• Select the Symbol from the dropdown.
• Set the Condition (Price is Above or Equal / Price is Below or Equal)
• Enter the Target Price.
• Click Create Alert.

Alert panel columns:

• Symbol.
• Condition.
• Target Price.
• Status.

When the price hits your target level, a sound notification will trigger in your browser.

Note: Price alerts are browser-based. Keep the Web Terminal open in your browser tab for alerts to trigger. Closing the browser will disable active alerts.
