How to submit a complaint:

- Email: support@zuperior.com.
Provide the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- A clear description of your complaint.
- Relevant dates, transaction references, or order IDs.
- Any supporting documents or screenshots.
- Our team will acknowledge your complaint and investigate within a reasonable timeframe.
- You will receive a formal response outlining our findings and any action taken.
Governing law: All disputes are subject to the laws of Saint Lucia and the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Note: Zuperior's decisions on matters relating to violations of our Terms & Conditions (such as prohibited trading practices) are final and binding.
