My deposit has not been credited, what should I do?

If your deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected processing time, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the transaction was successfully completed on your end (bank confirmation, blockchain transaction ID, or UPI reference).
  2. Verify that you used the correct deposit address or payment details provided in your dashboard.
  3. Wait for the full processing window to pass (up to 1 hour for crypto, up to 3 business days for bank transfer).
  4. If funds still have not appeared, contact support with the following details:
  • Your registered email address.
  • Payment method used.
  • Amount deposited.
  • Date and time of transaction.
  • Transaction ID, blockchain hash, or bank reference number.
  • Contact support via Live Chat inside the dashboard or email support@zuperior.com.
