Too many wrong OTP attempts locked my account

Entering the wrong OTP code repeatedly triggers a security lockout to protect your account.

  1. Wait 15-30 minutes: The temporary lock usually clears automatically after this period.
  2. Request a fresh OTP: Do not guess the code again. Use the 'Resend Code' option.
  3. Verify your identity: If the lock persists, you may need to re-verify your identity via the CRM dashboard.

Important: If you are still locked out after 30 minutes, contact support. You may need to reset your account password through the secure recovery flow, as the OTP lock is tied to your session security.
