Why are some instruments not available for trading?

If you cannot trade a specific instrument, it is likely due to one of these reasons:

  • Account Type Restrictions: Some accounts only allow specific pairs (e.g., major forex only).
  • Trading Group: Your account may be assigned to a group with limited instrument access.
  • Market Closure: The underlying market for indices or stocks may be closed.
  • High Volatility/Holidays: Trading may be temporarily suspended during major economic events or holidays.
  • Regional Restrictions: Certain instruments may not be available in your jurisdiction.

Solution: Check your account details in the CRM dashboard or contact support to verify your instrument access.
