How do I access the Support Hub?

The Support Hub is accessible directly from the left sidebar of your dashboard.

What it includes:

• Search for answers to common questions.
• Start a live chat conversation with the support team.
• Access help articles and guides.

Live Chat:

• Click the chat icon at the bottom right of any dashboard page.
• Select New Conversation.
• The support team typically replies within a few minutes.

Support hours:

• IST: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight)
• GMT+3: 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
