Platform login issues, what should I do?
If you are having trouble logging in to the Zuperior Web Terminal or Dashboard:
- Check your internet connection, ensure you have a stable connection.
- Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
- Make sure you are using the correct email and password.
- If you have 2FA enabled, check your registered email for the verification code.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset your password if needed.
If the issue persists after trying all of the above:
- Contact support via Live Chat inside the dashboard.
- Or email support@zuperior.com with a description of the issue.
For MT5 connection issues:
- Verify you are using the correct server name: ZuperiorFX-Server.
- Check that your login credentials match those sent to your registered email.
- Ensure MT5 is updated to the latest version.
