Platform login issues, what should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in to the Zuperior Web Terminal or Dashboard:

  • Check your internet connection, ensure you have a stable connection.
  • Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
  • Make sure you are using the correct email and password.
  • If you have 2FA enabled, check your registered email for the verification code.
  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset your password if needed.

If the issue persists after trying all of the above:

  • Contact support via Live Chat inside the dashboard.
  • Or email support@zuperior.com with a description of the issue.

For MT5 connection issues:

  • Verify you are using the correct server name: ZuperiorFX-Server.
  • Check that your login credentials match those sent to your registered email.
  • Ensure MT5 is updated to the latest version.
