How do I check my KYC verification status?
Your verification status is visible inside Settings → Profile Settings → Verification tab.
The Verification tab shows:
- Account Status, Verified / Unverified.
- Deposit Limit, Limited / Unlimited.
- Step 1: Identity Verification, Confirmed / Pending.
- Step 2: Verify Residential Address, Confirmed / Pending.

Note: KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed. To begin verification, click on either step from the Verification tab.
