How do I close my Zuperior account?

Steps to close your account:

  1. Ensure your account balance is zero. Withdraw all funds before submitting the closure request.
  2. Close all open trading positions.
  3. Contact support via the Help Center or live chat with the subject "Account Closure Request".
  4. Provide your account ID and reason for closure.
  5. Support will process the request within 3-5 business days.

Note:

  • Account closure is permanent. All trading history and documents will be archived.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the account is closed.
  • If you change your mind, a new account must be opened (re-registration and KYC required).
