How do I close my Zuperior account?
Steps to close your account:
- Ensure your account balance is zero. Withdraw all funds before submitting the closure request.
- Close all open trading positions.
- Contact support via the Help Center or live chat with the subject "Account Closure Request".
- Provide your account ID and reason for closure.
- Support will process the request within 3-5 business days.
Note:
- Account closure is permanent. All trading history and documents will be archived.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the account is closed.
- If you change your mind, a new account must be opened (re-registration and KYC required).
