How long does KYC verification take?

Zuperior aims to process KYC applications as quickly as possible. Typical timelines are:

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business hours during working hours.
  • Peak Times: Up to 24 hours if there is a high volume of applications.

Status Check: You can check your verification status in the Dashboard under the Account or KYC section. It will display one of the following:

  • Pending: Your documents are under review.
  • Approved: You can now trade and withdraw.
  • Rejected: You need to re-upload documents (see "Why was my KYC rejected?").

Note: Verification is required before you can fully fund your account or withdraw profits.
