Why was my KYC verification rejected?

KYC rejections usually occur due to document quality or data mismatch. Check the following:

  • Blurry or Cropped Images: We cannot read the text or see the full document.
  • Expired Documents: Your ID must be currently valid.
  • Name Mismatch: The name on your ID must match your Zuperior account name exactly (no nicknames or abbreviations).
  • Address Mismatch: Your proof of address must show the same address as your profile settings.
  • Invalid File Type: Ensure you upload standard formats like JPG, PNG, or PDF.

How to Fix It:

  1. Correct the issue (e.g., retake the photo or update your profile name).
  2. Go to the KYC Submission page in your dashboard.
  3. Re-upload the corrected documents.
