If you cannot access your IB dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Credentials: Ensure you are using the correct email and password for the Partner Portal, not the trading terminal.
  2. Account Status: Check if your IB application is approved. Inactive or rejected applications cannot access the dashboard.
  3. Password Reset: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder.
  4. Two-Factor Authentication: If 2FA is enabled, ensure you are entering the correct code from your authenticator app.

If you still cannot log in, contact support with your IB ID for account verification.
