What happens if I send a withdrawal to the wrong account?

If you provide incorrect bank or wallet details:

  • Zuperior will attempt to process the withdrawal to the details you provided.
  • If the transfer fails due to incorrect details, it will be returned and reprocessed to the correct details.
  • Zuperior is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal details provided by the client.
  • Recovery of funds sent to wrong addresses (especially crypto) may be impossible.

Important: Always double-check your withdrawal address or bank details before confirming. For crypto withdrawals, ensure you select the correct network (TRC20 or BEP20) matching your wallet.
