What happens to my commissions if a client requests a refund?

Commissions earned from valid trading activity are not clawed back when a client requests a standard withdrawal or refund.

Exception - Chargeback:

• If a client initiates a chargeback (disputes a deposit with their bank), any commissions earned from that client's activity during the disputed period may be reversed.

Exception - Fraudulent account:

• If a referred account is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms, commissions from that account may be cancelled.

Normal withdrawal:

• If a client simply withdraws their funds, your commissions remain credited and are not affected.
