Why are some clients not showing in my dashboard?

There are a few reasons a client may not appear in your dashboard:

  • Registration not completed: The client may have started registration but did not submit all required details. Only completed registrations appear.
  • Referral link not used: The client may have registered directly without using your referral link.
  • Referral cookie cleared: If the client cleared their browser cookies between clicking your link and registering, the referral attribution may have been lost.
  • Pending sync: New registrations can take up to 24 hours to appear in the dashboard.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Ask the client to send you a screenshot of their registration confirmation email, which shows their account ID.
  2. Submit a support ticket with the client's account ID and your partner ID. The team can manually verify and attribute the referral.
