Why is my commission rate different from what I expected?
Commission rates can vary due to several factors:
- Trading Group: Clients may be assigned to a group with a different spread/commission structure than your default.
- Symbol Type: Some symbols (e.g., Crypto CFDs) may have different commission structures than Forex pairs.
- Tier Adjustment: If your monthly volume dropped below a tier threshold, your rate may have reverted to a lower tier.
- Net Volume: Commissions are calculated on net volume; high win/loss ratios do not affect the calculation, but only executed trades count.
Action:
- Check your Partner Dashboard for current tier status.
- Contact support if you believe a client is assigned to the wrong group.
