Why is my UPI or bank transfer deposit pending?

If your deposit is pending, check the following:

1. Check your bank statement to ensure the transaction was successful.
2. Verify the reference number: Did you include your Zuperior Account ID in the remarks?
3. Wait for processing: UPI is usually instant, but bank transfers can take up to 3 hours.

If it has been over 3 hours:

• Take a screenshot of the successful transaction from your bank app.
• Upload it in the Transaction History section under Proof of Payment.
• Our operations team will verify and credit your account manually.
