Are there any restrictions on who I can refer?

Yes. The following restrictions apply to referred clients:

• Referred clients must meet all standard Zuperior eligibility requirements (18+ years old, not from restricted jurisdictions).
• Clients from restricted jurisdictions (USA, UAE, North Korea, Myanmar, Iraq, Sudan) cannot be referred or onboarded.
• Self-referral is not permitted. You cannot refer yourself or accounts belonging to you to earn commission.
• Coordinated or artificial referral activity (fake accounts, wash trading between referred accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of IB status and forfeiture of all commissions.
• All referred clients must complete KYC verification before their trading activity generates commissions.

Note: Zuperior monitors all IB activity. Any attempt to manipulate the referral or commission system will result in immediate termination, commission clawback, and potential legal action.
