How do I reset my password if I no longer have access to my email?
If you cannot access your registered email, you need to contact support for a manual identity verification.

- Enter your registered email and try the standard reset flow first.
- If you cannot access that email, contact support via live chat or the contact form.
- Provide your full name, date of birth, account ID (if known), and a copy of your government-issued ID.
- Support will verify your identity and update the email on your account.
Note: For security, manual email changes require document verification and may take 1-3 business days.
