How do I reset my password if I no longer have access to my email?

If you cannot access your registered email, you need to contact support for a manual identity verification.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Zuperior login page and click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your registered email and try the standard reset flow first.
  3. If you cannot access that email, contact support via live chat or the contact form.
  4. Provide your full name, date of birth, account ID (if known), and a copy of your government-issued ID.
  5. Support will verify your identity and update the email on your account.

Note: For security, manual email changes require document verification and may take 1-3 business days.
