How do I update my email address?
Email address changes require manual verification to prevent unauthorized account takeovers.
Steps:
- Log in to your CRM dashboard.
- Go to Profile > Personal Details.
- Click Change Email.
- Enter the new email address.
- A verification link is sent to the new email address. Click the link to confirm.
- An OTP is also sent to your existing email for final authorization.
If you no longer have access to your current email:
- Contact support with a government-issued ID and your registered phone number.
- Support will verify your identity and assist with the update.
