How do I update my email address?

Email address changes require manual verification to prevent unauthorized account takeovers.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your CRM dashboard.
  2. Go to Profile > Personal Details.
  3. Click Change Email.
  4. Enter the new email address.
  5. A verification link is sent to the new email address. Click the link to confirm.
  6. An OTP is also sent to your existing email for final authorization.

If you no longer have access to your current email:

  • Contact support with a government-issued ID and your registered phone number.
  • Support will verify your identity and assist with the update.
