How long does a card deposit take to process?

Card deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes.

Processing times:

• Standard cards (Visa/Mastercard): Up to 15 minutes.
• Cards requiring 3D Secure authentication: Up to 30 minutes after you complete the OTP verification.

If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes:

1. Check your bank statement to confirm the transaction was charged.
2. Go to Transaction History in your CRM dashboard and check the deposit status.
3. If status shows Pending, wait up to 1 hour.
4. If status shows Failed but your card was charged, raise a support ticket with the transaction reference and a screenshot of the bank debit.
