How to reset my login password if I forgot it?

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Login Page and click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email for a password reset link (check Spam folder).
  4. Click the link and create a new, strong password.

Note: This resets your CRM/Web password. Your MT5 Terminal password is separate. If you need to reset your MT5 trading password, you must do this via the MT5 Manager API or by contacting support to have it reset on the server side.
