How to upload multiple documents for KYC verification?

Yes, you can upload multiple documents, but each must be uploaded separately through the correct section:

  1. ID Document: Upload your Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID.
  2. Proof of Address: Upload a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months.

Steps:

  • Go to Dashboard > Profile > KYC.
  • Click Upload next to the specific document type required.
  • Select the file and confirm.

Important:

  • Ensure the name on all documents matches your registered account name exactly.
  • Do not combine multiple pages into one file unless it is a single PDF. For images, upload each page separately.

If you are missing a required document, the system will prompt you to upload it in the KYC section.
