I can log in but my account is restricted

If you are logged in but restricted:

  1. Check KYC Status: Go to the CRM Dashboard > Profile. If KYC is 'Pending' or 'Rejected', trading is disabled until approved.
  2. Check Deposit Status: Ensure your account is funded. A zero balance may restrict certain features.
  3. Check IB Status: If you are an IB, ensure your referral application is approved.

Action: If KYC is approved but you are still restricted, this may be a backend sync issue. Contact support to refresh your account status in the CRM.
