I didn't receive the OTP code for login
If you are not receiving the OTP code:
- Check Spam/Junk folders: Email delivery can sometimes be delayed or filtered.
- Verify your phone number: Ensure the number linked to your account is correct and has signal.
- Wait 60 seconds: OTP codes expire quickly; request a new one if the timer has run out.
- Check email address: Ensure you are using the exact email registered during KYC.
Note: If you changed your email or phone number recently, you must use the old credentials to receive the OTP until the update is fully processed in the CRM dashboard.
