Lost USDT deposit: wrong network or address

Crypto transactions are irreversible. If you sent USDT to the wrong network (e.g., ERC20 instead of TRC20) or the wrong wallet address:

  1. Do not contact support for recovery; we cannot access external wallets or reverse blockchain transactions.
  2. If you sent funds to our TRC20 address but used the wrong network (e.g., ERC20), the funds are likely lost unless the provider (CREGIS/Unipayment) supports cross-chain recovery (rare).
  3. If you used the correct network but the wrong reference ID, contact support with the transaction hash (TXID) so we can manually locate the funds.

Prevention:

  • Always verify the Network (TRC20) and Wallet Address before sending.
  • Send a small test amount first.
