MT5 login failed: invalid password or server error

If you cannot log in to your MT5 terminal, check these common causes:

  1. Confirm your password: You must use the Trading Password (not your platform login password). If you forgot it, reset it in the CRM dashboard under Account Settings.
  2. Check the server name: Ensure you are connected to the correct Zuperior live server. Incorrect server names cause immediate connection failures.
  3. Verify account status: Log in to your CRM dashboard to ensure your account is active and KYC is approved. Locked or pending accounts will reject MT5 login attempts.

If the issue persists, try restarting the MT5 application to clear cached connection states.
