MT5 terminal stuck on 'connecting' or 'reconnecting'

A persistent 'connecting' status usually indicates a network or firewall issue. Follow these steps to resolve it:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure your connection is stable and not blocking WebSocket ports.
  2. Restart the MT5 terminal: Close the application completely and reopen it. This forces a fresh connection handshake.
  3. Check for platform maintenance: Visit our status page or social media channels to see if Zuperior is performing scheduled maintenance.
  4. Disable firewalls/antivirus temporarily: Some security software may block the SignalR/WebSocket connection required for live data.
