Step 1: Identity Verification

Identity Verification confirms who you are using a government-issued photo ID.

Step-by-step process:

1. Go to Settings → Profile Settings → Verification tab.
2. Click on Identity Verification.

• Step 1 (Personal Information): Confirm your name matches your ID exactly. Select your country.
• Step 2 (Upload ID): Select document type and upload your document.
• Step 3 (Review & Finish): Review your submission and confirm.

Accepted documents:

• Passport.
• National ID Card.
• Driving License.

File requirements:

• Formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
• File size: 10KB to 10MB.
• For passports: combine the photo page and address/data page into a single PDF before uploading.

After completion:

• Trading limit upgraded to $10,000.
• Withdrawals enabled on your account.
