What are the document requirements?

To avoid rejection and speed up verification, make sure your documents meet the following requirements before uploading:

• Full name and address must be clearly visible on the document.
• The address you enter in the form must exactly match the address on your document.
• Upload a clear, high-quality image.
• All four corners of the document must be visible in the image.
• Avoid flash, glare, blur, or cut edges.
• For passports: combine the photo page and the address page into a single PDF file.
• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
• File size: between 10KB and 10MB.
