What happens if my document is rejected?
If your document is rejected, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common rejection reasons include:
- Document image is blurry, cut, or has glare.
- All four corners of the document are not visible.
- Name or address on document does not match your registration details.
- Document is expired.
- Incorrect document type submitted.
- File size is too small or too large.
What to do:
- Check the rejection reason in your email notification.
- Prepare a new, clear image or scan of your document.
- Make sure all requirements are met (see Article 5)
- Resubmit via Settings → Profile Settings → Verification tab.
