What happens if my document is rejected?

If your document is rejected, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common rejection reasons include:

  • Document image is blurry, cut, or has glare.
  • All four corners of the document are not visible.
  • Name or address on document does not match your registration details.
  • Document is expired.
  • Incorrect document type submitted.
  • File size is too small or too large.

What to do:

  • Check the rejection reason in your email notification.
  • Prepare a new, clear image or scan of your document.
  • Make sure all requirements are met (see Article 5)
  • Resubmit via Settings → Profile Settings → Verification tab.
