Step 2: Address Verification

Address Verification confirms your residential address using a proof of address document.

Step-by-step process:

1. Go to Settings → Profile Settings → Verification tab.
2. Click on Verify Residential Address.

• Step 1 (Personal Information): Enter your full residential address. It must exactly match the address on your document.
• Step 2 (Upload document): Select document type and upload.
• Step 3 (Review & Finish): Review and confirm your submission.

Accepted documents:

• ID Card with Address.
• Utility Bill.
• Driving License.
• Bank Statement.
• Government Letter.

File requirements:

• Formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
• File size: 10KB to 10MB.

After completion (Fully Verified):

• Trading limit: Unlimited with no deposit cap.
• Withdrawals: Fully enabled.
• All account restrictions removed.
• Full access to all platform features.
