What happens if I deposit more than once accidentally?

Both deposits will be credited to your account. Duplicate deposits are not automatically reversed.

To request a refund of a duplicate deposit:

  1. Go to Transaction History in your CRM dashboard.
  2. Identify both deposits and note the transaction IDs.
  3. Submit a withdrawal request for the amount you want returned.
  4. In the withdrawal notes, reference "duplicate deposit refund" and include both transaction IDs.

Note:

  • Withdrawals are subject to standard processing times.
  • You cannot receive a refund to a card or method you did not originally use.
