What happens if my withdrawal is rejected for insufficient balance?

A rejection due to insufficient balance means your available balance is lower than the withdrawal amount you requested. This can happen if:

• You have open positions that are currently losing money. The system locks the margin required for these trades.
• Your equity has dropped below the withdrawal amount due to market movements.

To fix this:

1. Close any open trades to release the locked margin.
2. Ensure your account balance covers the withdrawal amount.
3. Resubmit the request.

Note that bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only your deposited funds and realized profits are eligible.
