Factors affecting delay:

• Bank Holidays: Weekends and local holidays pause processing.
• Intermediary Banks: Funds may pass through 1-2 intermediary banks, adding 1-2 days.
• Weekend Cutoffs: Requests submitted after Friday 17:00 UTC may not be processed until Monday.

What to expect:

• Standard processing: 3-5 business days.
• If overdue, check your bank statement for 'incoming' transactions that haven't cleared.
• Contact support if no transaction appears after 5 business days.
