Why was my withdrawal rejected due to KYC issues?

Withdrawals are blocked if your identity verification (KYC) is incomplete or documents are expired. To resolve this:

  1. Check your KYC status in the CRM dashboard.
  2. Resubmit clear documents if your ID, passport, or proof of address was rejected.
  3. Ensure name matching: the name on your KYC must match the bank/wallet account exactly.

Note: Rejected withdrawals due to KYC do not refund funds automatically. You must clear the KYC status before the system will re-evaluate your pending requests.
