What to do if your KYC document is blurry or unclear?
Blurry or unclear documents are a common reason for KYC rejection. To ensure your next upload is approved:
- Use a well-lit environment: Natural light works best. Avoid flash photography which can cause glare.
- Steady hands: Hold your device steady or use a tripod to prevent motion blur.
- High resolution: Use the back camera of your phone, not the selfie camera, for higher detail.
- Full visibility: All four corners of the ID card or document must be visible. No cropping.
Action:
- Log in to Dashboard > Profile > KYC.
- Select the rejected document.
- Upload a new, clear image.
Note: If you are unsure about the quality, take a test photo and zoom in to check clarity before uploading.
