What to do if your KYC document upload is stuck or not showing?

If your upload appears stuck or does not update:

  1. Check your internet connection: A unstable connection can interrupt the upload process.
  2. Refresh the page: Press F5 or the refresh button in your browser.
  3. Clear cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.
  4. Check file size: Ensure the file is under 5MB. Larger files may hang.

If still stuck:

  • Wait 5 minutes and check your Dashboard > Profile > KYC status.
  • If the status remains 'uploading' or 'error', try uploading from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

Escalation: If the issue persists after trying these steps, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
