What to do if your KYC document upload is stuck or not showing?
If your upload appears stuck or does not update:
- Check your internet connection: A unstable connection can interrupt the upload process.
- Refresh the page: Press F5 or the refresh button in your browser.
- Clear cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.
- Check file size: Ensure the file is under 5MB. Larger files may hang.
If still stuck:
- Wait 5 minutes and check your Dashboard > Profile > KYC status.
- If the status remains 'uploading' or 'error', try uploading from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
Escalation: If the issue persists after trying these steps, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
