Why is my deposit stuck after successful payment?

Sometimes payments are processed by the provider but not yet reconciled by our system.

  1. Wait 15 minutes: Systems may experience temporary sync delays.
  2. Check spam folder: Sometimes confirmation emails land in spam.
  3. Submit proof: If still not credited after 30 minutes, upload the payment receipt via the Transaction History page.

Our operations team will manually verify and credit the deposit upon receipt of proof.
