Why is my KYC document upload failing?

If your document upload is failing, check the following:

  1. File format: Only JPG, JPEG, or PDF files are accepted.
  2. File size: Each file must be under 5MB.
  3. Image quality: Ensure the entire document is visible, in focus, and not cropped. Glare or reflections can cause rejection.
  4. Clear edges: Do not cover any part of the document with your fingers or shadows.

Steps to retry:

  • Go to Dashboard > Profile > KYC.
  • Select the rejected or pending document type.
  • Click Upload and choose a compliant file.

If the issue persists, try using a different browser or clearing your cache.
