Why is my USDT deposit pending on the wrong network?

If you send USDT on the wrong network, the deposit will remain in a pending state or be lost. Zuperior cannot automatically detect or recover funds sent via the wrong chain.

Check your transaction details:

  • Look at the blockchain explorer for the transaction you sent.
  • Verify the network tag (e.g. TRC20, ERC20, BEP20) matches the network shown in your Zuperior deposit address.

If you sent to the wrong network:

  • The funds are likely gone. You must contact support immediately with the transaction hash.
  • Recovery is not guaranteed and depends on the receiving wallet provider.

To avoid this:

  • Always copy the deposit address from the Zuperior dashboard.
  • Double-check the network label before sending.
  • Send a small test amount first if you are unsure.
