Why was my card deposit declined?

Card declines usually happen for one of the following reasons:

  • Bank block: Your bank may block transactions to financial platforms. Call your bank and ask them to authorize the payment.
  • Card limit reached: Check your daily or monthly spending limit with your bank.
  • Card details mismatch: The name on the card must exactly match your Zuperior account name.
  • Insufficient funds: Ensure your card has enough available credit or balance.
  • CVV or expiry error: Re-enter your card details carefully.

If the issue persists after checking all of the above, use an alternative deposit method (bank transfer or USDT) and contact support with the declined transaction reference.
