Why was my deposit declined due to limit exceeded?

If your deposit is declined with a 'Limit Exceeded' error, it means you have reached your daily or monthly cap.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Check Your Limit: Go to Dashboard > Account Settings > Limits to see your remaining balance for the day/month.
  2. Wait for Reset: Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of the month.
  3. Use Multiple Methods: You can split your deposit across different methods (e.g., USDT + Bank Transfer) if they are tracked separately.
  4. Request Increase: If you are a VIP or IB, contact your account manager to request a temporary limit increase.

Note: Repeatedly attempting to exceed limits may trigger a security review.
