Why was my IB commission withdrawal rejected?

IB commission withdrawal rejections are usually caused by one of the following:

  • Unverified payout method: Your bank account or USDT wallet has not been verified. Add and verify a payout method in the Partner Portal.
  • KYC not approved: Your identity verification is incomplete. Complete KYC before requesting a payout.
  • Below minimum threshold: The requested amount is below the minimum payout amount.
  • Compliance review: Your account is under review. You will receive an email with instructions.
  • Incorrect payment details: The bank account number or wallet address is invalid.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Check the rejection reason in Partner Portal > Transaction History.
  2. Fix the identified issue.
  3. Resubmit the withdrawal request.
