Why was my IB commission withdrawal rejected?
IB commission withdrawal rejections are usually caused by one of the following:
- Unverified payout method: Your bank account or USDT wallet has not been verified. Add and verify a payout method in the Partner Portal.
- KYC not approved: Your identity verification is incomplete. Complete KYC before requesting a payout.
- Below minimum threshold: The requested amount is below the minimum payout amount.
- Compliance review: Your account is under review. You will receive an email with instructions.
- Incorrect payment details: The bank account number or wallet address is invalid.
Steps to resolve:
- Check the rejection reason in Partner Portal > Transaction History.
- Fix the identified issue.
- Resubmit the withdrawal request.
