Why was my withdrawal rejected due to bonus violation?

If you have an active bonus, you cannot withdraw funds until you meet the rollover requirements (trading volume). A rejection here means:

  1. Check your bonus status in the CRM dashboard.
  2. Verify rollover progress: you must trade the required lot volume before withdrawal is allowed.
  3. Do not close all positions prematurely: closing trades too early may reset your progress.

Resolution: Continue trading to meet the volume requirement. Once met, your withdrawal request will be automatically eligible for processing.
