Why was my withdrawal rejected due to payment method mismatch?

Zuperior requires withdrawals to go back to the original deposit method for security. If you deposited via USDT, you must withdraw to the same USDT wallet. If you deposited via bank transfer, you must withdraw to the same bank account.

Steps to fix:

  1. Check your deposit history in the CRM to see the original method.
  2. Select the matching withdrawal method in the withdrawal form.
  3. If you must use a new method, you may need to contact support to verify the new account, but this is not guaranteed for all methods.
