Why are my trades not visible in the terminal?
If your trades are missing, check the following:
- Switch the tab: Ensure you are viewing the correct tab in the Terminal window (Positions, Orders, or History).
- Check the date range: In the History tab, verify the date range covers the time you traded.
- Refresh the data: Right-click the Terminal window and select Refresh.
- Verify account type: Ensure you are logged into the correct account (Demo vs. Live).
If the trade still does not appear, it may have been rejected. Check your Journal tab for error messages.
