Why is the mobile web terminal slow or not loading?

Performance issues on mobile are usually caused by browser cache, connection speed, or memory.

Steps to fix:

  1. Check your connection: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to find the faster connection.
  2. Reload the page: Pull down to refresh or tap the reload button in your browser.
  3. Clear browser cache:
    • Chrome: Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Cached images and files.
    • Safari: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Close background tabs: Too many open tabs reduce available memory for the terminal.
  5. Use Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS for best performance.

If charts are not loading:

  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
  • Disable any browser ad-blockers that may interfere with the chart library.
