How to check platform maintenance status?
You can verify the current platform status using these methods:
- Check the status page: Visit the status page on our website for real-time updates on all services.
- Look for the banner: A maintenance banner appears at the top of the trading terminal and CRM dashboard when scheduled maintenance is active.
- Review email notifications: We send advance warnings for planned maintenance to all registered accounts.
- Contact support: If you experience unexpected disconnections outside of scheduled windows open a support ticket for immediate assistance.
If the platform is down unexpectedly do not attempt to relogin repeatedly. Wait for the system to recover or reach out to support.
